Blaire earned her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals before age 21 — on a horse she produced entirely herself. She has managed elite Wellington FEI programs, groomed for the 2015 Pan-American Games team, and trained under Conrad Schumacher, Lars Petersen, Axel Steiner, Laura Graves, Johann Hinnemann, Endel Ots, and Christoph Umbach.

Known throughout Region 3 for producing self-made horses, earning USDF medals on any breed, and building riders who flourish on their own terms. Her program is built on one principle: horse first, always.
